Denmark: WinTV-quadHD not tuning

Hi. I bought a plex pass in order to use dvr functions in plex. Added the hauppauge WinTV-QuadHD PCI-E card and installed the newest drivers.
The hauppage wintv10 that came with the card tunes my dvb-c cable channels just fine and reports excellent signal strenght and quality.

However, when trying to add the card in plex server it detects two dual tuners (and says it USB devices). Selecting cable and put in my post code. Selecting my provider (stofa tv) and then says no channels found, check signal. It does this for both the dual tuners. Tried scanning using different providers, and even different contries, same result.

Is it not possible to do a full blind scan instead of using the supplied list of providers?

Hi, also from DK. Here’s some experience from using a HD Homerun tuner.
Do you get any message during DVR setup, indicating that it has found your hardware?
“We found hardware we recognize”?
If yes, do you see a pre-count of available channels from the tuner, when selecting “cable”?

Stofa, Yousee, whatever comes after this step. So if you can control that first part is clear?
