but i dont open my port 1:1.
if they dont work try another port other than 32400, and you have port 443 opened in firewall to server yes?
I did all of that & restarted (reboot) server. Nothing changed.
There is I suppose bug in pms & or plex app for iOS. Plexamp is working via Internet, Plex Web is also working, Plex Dash also… Plex for iOS sees my server but not the content (libraries are greyed out) as soon as I connect to local wifi content shows up… PLEX please fix this!
Thanks for help @shavedbroom! Much appreciated.
then it must be a network issue,
If it would be network issue, would’nt other apps wont work also?
Status:
Plex for iOS - not working, libraries greyed out
Plex Dash - working
PlexAmp - working
Plex Web - working
I do think in case of network error all of them would not work at all.
Before update of pms everything worked. After update it stopped.
So what has changed in update?
I have not changed anything as my Plex Server is not in the place where I live, and I do not chenge the setup… Only did straight simple update “sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y”…
edit:
on my Xiaomi Mi Box Plex is working OK (via Internet), so I guess it is not the network issue.
edit#2:
on my MBPro laptop Plex Media Player is also working correctly (via Internet also)…
