No content via Plex app, but on www browser

Why I am not seeing any content from my library on ios Plex app?
I am seeing content via web browser…
Reinstalling app did not helped at all.
Reinstalling plexmediaserver on my Debian did not helped at all.
please help.

and your using the same plex account? not sharing to another account or something.
Yes the whole folder in zip format. go to settings and scroll to bottom on the left hand side Manage > Troubleshooting > download logs

something wrong with your network settings / remote access. can you tell me your settings there?

In Settings > Network. fill out “Custom server access URLs” with your ip or DDNS if have, and do same for “Custom certificate domain”

Debian - firewall UFW, open plex ports and 443.
pfsense firewall with pfBlocker-NG (plex whitelisted), cable modem.
It used to work, i havent changed anything.

Getting a New Token

In rare cases, you may find yourself wanting to invalidate an existing token so it no longer works and get a new one. This isn’t something most users will ever need to do.

The easiest way to do so is to go to your Plex account profile, choose to change your password, and check the Sign out connected devices after password change option when entering the new password.

This will invalidate all of your tokens and, as the setting name states, sign all of your apps (and any Plex Media Servers) out of your account. When you then sign back in, you’ll re-authenticate and get a new token.
