Downloading videos now starts downloading every episode of a show. The only way to reduce this is to jump to the well hidden downloads page and cancel unwanted episodes.
What happened to being able to say “Next 3 unwatched”?
Feels like offline viewing has taken a back seat to the streaming items.
I was flying the last week, and was unable to access my downloads as I didn’t open up the app before loosing internet access. First flight, I was presented with the login page (guessing due to a background app upgrade). Second flight, after logging in when I could to avoid a repeat, it’s the Select User page. The kicker with the Select User page was it errored on any user I selected because it needs internet. Luckily we were still on the ground so I enabled data and got around the errors.
If there is no internet connection and there are downloads, it would really be nice if a network login/user is ignored. Was really hoping I wouldn’t have to treat plex like netflix/disney/whatever where downloads expired.
