I'm a plex pass holder and suddenly my Dashboard says I need a Plex Pass

I’m a plex pass holder and suddenly my Dashboard says I need a Plex Pass. I contacted billing and they said go to the forums after they confirmed I am a plex pass holder. Logged out and logged back in and the same thing. Now it just shows what’s playing and no other statistics at all.

Which player software are you using? The version number you cited above suggests you are using “Plex for Windows/Mac”.
Could you compare the behavior with this app: https://app.plex.tv ?

Are you using the main user account (i.e. the “server admin”) or are you switching to another managed user in your Plex Home for regular use?
