No devices on network able to access server

I recently switched modem (NOT ISP - just a new modem) and since then have been unable to access my server from devices on the local network. I was initially able to still see my server content on my player (Google TV) but only able to access it through a server relay. Since then and trying to troubleshoot I can now no longer see or access server content on any other device.

Internet wise I have confirmed there are no subnet issues, double NAT conflicts, (there shouldn’t be CGNAT issues as I was able to access everything fine pre-modem change). My internet uses DHCP but I have a static assigned address to the computer running the server. I’ve also ruled out VPN issues as I’ve had them off while attempting all connections.

Exchanging the router has very likely triggered Windows to change the classification of its network connection to “public”. You must change it back to “private”.
After this, stop and restart Plex server.
