I have “enabled” Plex on my WD MyCloud Home NAS. Despite this I am unable to connect to my NAS through the Plex app - says “MyCloud Home unavailable.”
It has been suggested to me that I need to enable DLNR on my Plex app, though there are no means to do this
DLNA is a local network protocol for viewing content from a DLNA client on the same network. It is a setting of the Plex Media Server to enable it. It is for third party apps devices that support DLNA. It is very basic.
Plex apps (clients) themselves do not support DLNA .
Which Plex app are you using? Can you access the server via the Plex web app in browser?
