No download button with a plex pass

Hello guys hope someone might be able to help.

I have access to a plex server however I’m not able to download the content from that server or anything in that matter I thought it might of been something today with not being a plex pass member so I’ve purchased a plex pass and still don’t seem to have the download button had a search a round and people suggested checking the restrictions to the server, that all seems fine as the allowed to download is ticked. Also I’m running plex version 8.5 on my IOS device.

As far as I can see, you don’t have a server of your own. You have only access to shared servers.
The owners of these servers need to explicitly grant you the “download” privilege. Otherwise you will only be able to download from your own servers (of which you currently have none).
