Previously, I had to delete my DVR instance and recreate it.

I am running into a similar issue now, where one of the weekly shows is missing from the schedule (Preacher), and there doesn’t appear to be any EPG data after 8 PM on Sunday.

Have you tried manually forcing a full guide refresh?

A manual refresh appears to have resolved the issue.

Was there anything in the logs that was indicating that the automatic/scheduled EPG refreshes were not running or failing?

Yeah, it’s a bug that the auto refresh isn’t working quite right. It’s being worked on, I don’t have an ETA, sorry.

Good to know. Thanks. I’ll be sure to perform manual refreshes until I see a note about it in the release notes.

Another (expected) datapoint: I had a similar problem, running FreeBSD 1.16.3.1402 trying to schedule AMC’s ‘The Horror’. A manual guide refresh at least temporarily fixed the problem. Glad the devs are aware of this.

Are there any updates on this issue? I haven’t seen anything in the Release Notes over the past month.

Your guide should be updating correctly automatically now. The only way I know how to check is to wait several days after doing the last manual refresh and seeing how far the guide goes out. It should go out about 13 days.

Thanks for the update. I have been manually updating every Tuesday morning. I’ll check first thing next week to confirm.

Soon there will be a Plex Media Server release out that will have overnight full guide refresh as part of scheduled tasks. Also on launch of Plex Media Server if there has not been a refresh within the last 24 hours. Until then please continue to do manual refreshes daily

Thanks for the update. I have a cron job setup to restart my PMS every day to get around the memory leak issue introduced in 1.15. It looks like that has been keeping my EPG up-to-date, as after yesterday’s restart, I currently have 10 days of data in my EPG.
