Hey All,
I have been scratching my head over my new RP's inability to get a network link. It would boot fine, Rasplex would load, but I never got any ethernet link lights, even with HDMI unplugged. I read that power is a common culprit, but I was using a brand new 1.0 amp supply so it should have had plenty of juice, right? The only other supply I could find in the house was my wifes NOOK charger. It was a 750ma, but I swapped them out just to see. VOILA. Full link lights and Rasplex is working great.
The moral? If you are having issues, don't rule out the power supply. It may not be putting out the power that you THINK it is! B)
