No files being found in library scan on DS1512+

I have just installed PMS on my NAS and it is failing to find any files during the initial library scan. The files are all stored on the same NAS I am trying to install the server on.

I have a version of PMS running on my HTPC and it has no problem finding files.

I’ve updated the logs. The scanner log seems to indicate the files are found but then there is some kind of error:

I followed the instructions in the FAQ to uninstall/install PMS but it is still not working. I’ve uploaded new logs,

It’s working.

The time zone on the NAS was set to Central America instead of Central (US & Canada), so the time was off 1 hour due to DST.

The permissions for the plex user on the shared folder were set to ‘No Access’. I changed them to Read-Only.
