New install of PMS to DS1520+, can't files movies, Recorded TV, Photos

I’m trying to add Movie library, and the path to directory is /Volume1/Public/Shared Videos, I can save the changes but does not kick off a scan of the location, " * 3:43PM Library scan complete: Extra information may still be downloading from the Internet

  • 3:43PM Scanning the “Movies” section" No videos show up in the library. What I’m doing wrong?
    I’m using the same paths for Recorded TV, and Photos and seeing the same results, nonething show up in the library,.

Does “System Internal User” PlexMediaServer have permission to read all folders, sub-folders, and files of the shares?

This is one of the biggest changes in DSM 7; Plex → PlexMediaServer name change.
