No Image Only Sound

I just set up a new PMS for Live TV (switched from running on a Mac to Windows 10). I connected it to my HDHomeRun Prime which the PMS recognizes. However, when I try and tune to any channel I only get audio, no video.

I was running my old PMS on an Mac Mini, on the same network, connected to the same HDHomeRun Prime, and it hand no issue. This old server no not connected so it should not conflicting.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks!

Hey, I’ve got the same issue and have posted a separate thread, literally I am the exact same; have an old Mac mini server and now switched to windows and don’t have any video feed just audio. There’s 4 other people on my thread with the same issue

Same issue here. I think it is a bug with 1.9.3.4290
