Recently sold my house and in prep for moving got rid of home internet. For that brief week, I noticed the plex did not function locally. Thought it would, so it was a surprise. Was something else wrong, or did I not have an option box checked to enable such a thing? Looked for a setting, but fell asleep. Is this a known feature of plex, or is there another service that would enable local content without internet? Just thinking ahead to the end times.
