On my Sony Bravia TV running Plex 9.13.1.37459 (the latest version the TV claims is available) whenever I switch user I get a blank screen with the message “No items to display” and “This directory appears to be empty”. The cont4rols on the remote don’t do anything unless I press Back at which point the sidebar pops open and I can switch to a different section and then back to Home and then all my content shows up as normal.
Known problem.
Fixed in latest beta, released yesterday.
