Good evening,
When I connect to Plex both via the web and localhost, I only see my server.
I can’t see my personnal libraries.
Has this ever happened to anyone?
If so, how can this be remedied?
Thank you.
Can you share a screenshot?
Do you see your libraries, if you click on ‘MORE…’ at the left side?
These appear to be identical screenshots.
And I see 2 libraries there. One of the type ‘Movies’ and ‘TV Shows’ each.
Yes, but ‘Movies’ and ‘TV Shows’ give me the Plex’propositions.
It’s not what I have on my hard disks…
At first, when the plex scan asked me to add libraries, it recognized them all without any problem.
But now he doesn’t show them to me anymore. He only shows me my seedbox…
The libraries called “SBX 12478…” are not from your server?
But they must be from a server shared with you.
The reason why your own server is missing might be, that there was no server of yours online within the last 2 weeks.
The library called “SBX…” is my personal seedbox.
It is true that I haven’t connected to Plex in the last two weeks.
But how do I find my films, series, photos, etc., so the folding boxes that were originally installed and scanned by Plex?
Bring the server(s) online again. It appears it/they are not running at the moment.
