When I start plex nothing pops up, I run it as admin. I go to my right hand corner and right click the plex button and click open and a internet browser opens, ive tried opening it in all so which one doesn’t matter. Once in there it says “+Your Media” and I click it. It takes me to a download page for plex media server. I download it click repair or install (I’ve tried them all) and restart my computer. Run Plex again and have to open it from the taskbar ^ button. Go back in and it has no libraries option still. I used plex a few years ago and it worked fine and I could add libraries to it and run my movies to my gaming system. Now I can’t even find where to add libraries…
