Can't load Plex Media Server

So, I installed Plex Media Server today, but when I go to http://127.0.0.1:32400 there is no button or anything to add my movies to a library, it only looks like a player. Have I missed a setting or something, because I tried to reinstall and run from Start-menu, still nothing :frowning:

Did you complete the installation wizard (through Plex Web) after the setup of the software and created some libraries in that process?

If there’s no libraries created…

  1. Check if you have a More entry in the navigation bar on the left side of the page
  2. Click it and see if your server shows there
  3. hover over the server name and click on the + icon next to the server name

Alternatively…

  1. Go to Settings > Server > Manage > Libraries
  2. Click Add Library

Yes, I did. But when I added Library, the browser froze and I had to restart and this problem occured. Under Settings, I can not see Server. The “More”-button is avaliable if I switch user, but I only get a “Server is not running” window.
