No Live TV guide available

On Live TV guide all channels show Unknown Airing.

The device (HDHomeRun) is shown as working properly. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled but still no guide information (though channels properly listed).

The XML guide from IceTV also goes into a separate hardware DVR unit and displays properly there.

IceTV has confirmed that they can see Plex logging into their servers to obtain the guide information as timetabled in my settings in Plex.

I don’t know what to do next so would appreciate any help.
