No Local Media Assets for TV Shows

Server Version: 1.21.1.3906 (DSM 7.0)
PLEX web: 4.47.3

I am trying to get subtitles working again, but I cannot enable/disable Local Media Assets. It’s simply not there. It is available with Movies and such. It used to work, but it stopped working I think around a week or 2 ago. I can’t remember that anything changed in the mean-time.

@Einschtein

That’s VERY strange. Agents are hard coded. They should not fall of the list.

Let’s try the easy steps first: Uninstall the package and re-install it.
The only thing I can imagine is the LMA became damaged after installing.

Unfortunately, no luck with that.

I am have the same issue with Local Media Assets not showing up in the agents for Show (TV). I am running three media servers, Windows 10, Netgear NAS and MacOS. The only one with an issue is the Mac. It seemed to be working in the previous version but not with the current one (1.22.0.4163-d8c4875dd - MacOS 11.2.3 - Core I7). I have tried removing Plex Player, Plex Media Server and all related files throughout the system. Setup server again even tried moving media server into the User/Application folder as MacOS wants. No luck. Here is snapshot of Mac vs NAS/Windows. Frustrating as I have a library that has all metadata in the MP4’s.
