I have had Plex Media Server running on a Raspberry Pi 4 for a few weeks and it’s been running well (no transcoding but direct play and direct stream didn’t stutter at all, even remotely).
Yesterday the Local Media Assets agent disappeared from Setings>Agents>Shows>TheTVDB (well, from all 3 Shows categories) and now Plex isn’t recognizing external subtitles anymore. The Local Media Assets agent is still available for Movies.
I have tried both the Web App (from multiple browsers, with no addons that could block elements on the page) and the Windows App, restarting the plexmediaserver service, rebooting the server and clearing all the cache from Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches (which is where the agents cache seems to be stored) but it’s still the same.
Any ideas for a possible fix?
