My Samsung TV used to have the menu function to mark a whole Season as watched but now I have to go to each episode and mark it as watched.
Are there any plans to bring this feature back?
Use the … button to the right of “Mark as watched”. There should be an option to mark the entire season.
No there’s no option. There used to be before the interface was changed

That menu looks nothing like what I have on my TV. That looks more like what you have on the computer interface. I’m referring specifically to Samsung TV. I have the latest version installed.
Can you provide pictures from your TV? That is the menu you should get selecting the more (…) icon from the screen where you see the episode posters along the top. Along the bottom you should have the “Play”, “Mark as Played”, and “More”.
So there used to be an option to “Go to Season” Doesn’t exist anymore. All I can do is access menu options for the episode or for the whole series. I’ll post the screenshots…

Mark as played here will mark that specific episode as played. There are no other options. Believe me, I searched through everything before posting

That’s the old app. Go to the main settings and join the preview. The old app doesn’t have an option to mark the entire season as played, only the new preview app has it.
I get that but
1: It used to have it as I used to do it all the time
2. I went back from the preview because I’m not a fan of how it functions
I’m fairly positive the option to mark the season as played was never in the old app. Do you have other devices maybe? Android TV, Apple TV, and Roku do have that option.
Absolutely positive that it did otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed that I can’t do it anymore lol
I have 3 Samsung TV’s and was able to do it on all and now I can’t.
No worries if you can’t help and appreciate the responses. Just would have been handy to have the functionality back without having to switch to the preview as it’s am absolute pain having to go back into each episode to mark as watched/unwatched when they change status (for some odd reason but that’s a whole other matter that I’ll search for as it’s probably been reported/resolved on another post)
I’ll try the preview again to see if anything has changed since I last used it.
