No longer able to play or cast

Over the past few days, it seems like my Plex set up is no longer working. When I open the Plex player app on my Android tablet and press the Chromecast button, it tries to connect for about a second or two and then just goes back to the media screen without actually playing anything. Trying to play directly from a different device (Android phone) gives me an error “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”

Both tests are being done within the local network on which the server is running, and this set up has been working fine for years, so I’m not sure what may have happened (no configuration changes on any of the devices, servers, or network). I’ve seen similar threads here about a certificate needing to be reset, so hopefully sometime simple can be done to fix my issues as well. Please let me know if you need any logs or any other additional information.
