Player Version#: Plex Web Version 4.40.1
Here’s a bug which just popped up a couple of days ago: After logging into Plex Web to do some library management – I have a lot of recently added short films that did not auto-match to metadata despite many of them being in TMDb – I can manually ‘Match’ three or four movies before the ‘Match’ feature completely stops working. By ‘not working,’ I mean that when I click ‘Match…’ no window pops up at all. I’ve tried this in both Chrome and Edge, same thing; ‘Fix Match’ also doesn’t do anything, like whatever scripting opens that window just gives up. Refreshing the browser and logging back into Plex will fix it for just a couple of movies, but then it stops letting me access that ‘Match’ window again.
YES!!! I’m having the same issue. I click on “Match” or “Fix Match” and absolutely nothing happens. I used to get a pop-up window, and the search was extremely useful, but now…nothing. What happened? How do we fix this?
more details?
What browser/app, which version of Plex Media Server, are you using the version of Plex Web bundled with your server (via its local IP address) or the hosted version (http://app.plex.tv/desktop)?
Do you use some content blockers or plugins in your browser?
