I’m running Plex Server version 4.125.1 and when I go to a new item Fix Match no longer shows up as an option. I used to be able to run this function to correctly match a new movie or TV Series. How do I do this now??
That is the browser player version (you are under “Plex Web > General” when you should look under “SERVERNAME > Settings > General” in the left-hand side of the settings menu). Servers are up to version 1.40.xxxxxx or so.
Odd issue. I usually fail to see “Fix Match” if I am on the episode level of a show or season level of a show. It also doesn’t show up if the show/movie itself is currently unmatched. Instead, you must pick the differently-named “Match…” menu option.
If you verified that you are on the show level itself (If the show name is clickable, you aren’t on the root show level. This can happen if you add a single-season show, the “recently added” entry is for that season only, not the show, but it can be hard to tell the difference), or that the movie is currently matched but to the wrong movie, and you still can’t see the “Fix Match…” menu, then I’m out of ideas.
