Plex not finding matches in fix match is not even searching

Plex will not search for Metadata when trying to fix match. I have tried everything from stopping the Plex media server, I have tried cleaning bundles, and several other troubleshooting items. I used to be able to take the code, and plug it in and it would find the match.

The main issue here is Plex is not even searching to try to find the match, it instantly comes back and says “No matches found”

Server Version#:4.34.4
Player Version#:

It seems to be working for me, so there must be something going on.

The version number you listed is for the Web app, not the server. The Server version number comes from this section:

It would also help if you attached the log files (go to Troubleshooting near the bottom of the Settings sidebar. Click ‘Download Logs,’ save the zip file somewhere, and attach that to this thread). I won’t be the one to analyze the logs, but this will save some time for whoever does.

I was able to get this to work from changing to Plex to Plex scanner. However, I can’t find any articles that are helping me set up agents. Something got messed up, and it’s not working correctly, and movies are not getting assigned correctly. This was a fresh install on a new PC, I am thinking these are configurations Plex my have saved on my profile somehow?

I have attached my logs.

I am having a problem with fix-match. I type in a new title or IMDB number and click on search… but the fix match goes back to what was originally in the3 title box and again does no9t find a match. I do this many times for the same match and eventually it actually leaves my change in the title and finds the3 correct match. Sometimes it takes up to 10 or 15 times to re-type my change before it works.
