Hello everyone, I am having issues with metadata with a fresh install of Plex and a FreeNAS11.2 which was reset to factory and updated to FreeNAS 11.2U7. I installed plex, got it up and running with all my media then noticed all the metadata was not pulling in. I had this issue the last time I did a fresh install. It was my permissions then, Plex was not the owner of the jail/plugin. Added the group and user and it was good. Checked that out this time around and plex is the owner it seems. I checked the permissions of Plex and write wasnt selected on the group, checked that and still the same issue. I then adjusted the agents around to have TMDb on top and Plex Movie on top then the same for TV, both The TVDb on top and The movie database on top.
Still running into the same issues with no metadata, even weirder, I am used to a scene from the media popping up on the thumbnail and it does not seem to be happening in this case either. FreeNAS jail settings are vnet on, DHCP, and IPv6 off and the MAC is different than the freenas mac. Ill post some logs in a second post or edit since I am writing this on a second computer not connected to the network.
Can anyone help me out?
