Player Version#: latest LG and Web
When I attempt to play a particular video on either the web player or the WebOS version of the Plex player for LG, Plex always transcodes it and never allows it to be played in “original quality”. PMS is on the same subnet as the devices on which I’ve attempted playing the video and connected by 1Gbps cables.
I should note that other videos can be played in original quality and the issue I’m having affects a particular video.
The video itself has the following format: hevc (Main 10), yuv420p10le(tv, bt2020nc/bt2020/smpte2084), 3840x2160 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 23.98 fps, 23.98 tbr, 1k tbn, 23.98 tbc
