I do not want to search for an email, I want to talk to a live human being.

 

I cancelled my service 2 months ago, and I'm still being charged?  Not even close to acceptable.

That’s ridiculous. I just paid for a life time members/participation, and can’t get the damn thing to run on my tv … I WANT A REAL NUMBER TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON!

There is no phone support. WHY WOULD YOU BUY SOMETHING BEFORE TESTING IT OUT?
