I think a good feature for plex pass users would be a number. We can call to get customer service. Just give us a 12 digit code to dial before talking to someone. That will verify are plex pass and bring up are profil for the rep. You do that and I’ll be happy.
Phone support requires employees who can answer phones, a dedicated call center, extra computers, phone lines, and probably a lot more, which means added expenses for Plex, which means Plex has to charge a lot more than $5 per month or $150 lifetime for Plex Pass holders. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I want to start paying the kind of fees that would be required to support that infrastructure.
