I am a new user of the Plex server, and have just set up my TV tuner cards in my PLEX server on Windows 10. Now there are two problems. Firstly: I could not assign private HD channels in the EPG/channel assignment (blocked was displayed) although I have an HD+ licence (HD+ card in the CAM module).
Secondly: I can’t play the channels either, I get an error message that I can’t view them! Please give helpful support, thank you, greetings, daniel.

Are channels encrypted with DRM supported?
Channels encrypted or protected with DRM of any kind are not supported. Which channels are encrypted depends on the channel provider. Generally “premium” channels are always encrypted, but again it varies by provider.

Also, this is a duplicate of No playback of DVB tuners possible. I replied there.
The normal German ARD programme already does not work, see screenshot.
The 2nd screen shot shows that I have set up everything. The 3rd shows that ProSieben HD is blocked, even though it is enabled because of the HD+ card.

Plex support is provided by this forum and is the same whether you have a Plex Pass or not. Plex Pass is a charge for additional features not additional support.
Screenshots show that the channels that won’t tune are “Protected”. Plex does not play DRM content which you have already been informed of. It also appears you are not using a supported tuner.
Hi Tiebierius, yes I use Digital Devices 4-fold DVB tuner cards in my computer. They are not in the very short list of supported tuners, although they are very common here, but Plex found them immediately when I set them up. Is there no way to watch the channels then?
I would like to ask you again whether it is possible to integrate the Digital Devices tuners into PLEX in some way, thank you.
