No Playback Speed Setting

Per the following article I should have the ability to control playback speed on my Plex Roku app, however I’m unable to find this setting in the playback settings menu: https://support.plex.tv/articles/video-playback-speed-controls/.

“Supported Clients… Roku (v7.6.0 and newer) (Experimental – Requires Roku OS 13)”
