No Poster art for last uploads

Uploaded a bunch of films and TV Shows - TV Shows art showed up fine but movies show nothing except an attempt at a screen grab. These are not obscure films, 99% general ‘Hollywood’ releases. When I click on POSTERS, there are zero options other than the screengrab. Internet running fine. I tried UPDATE LIBRARIES and looked at AGENTS (sees okay … again, no changes from when I uploaded movies two weeks ago) … Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Are the files named in accordance with the Plex file naming convention? Are you able to (fix) match them?

Yea, not sure why it stopped working. I have/had movies in multiple folders by genre and subgenre and it worked fine until about a week ago … nothing fancy - basically … like the example …

   Batman Begins (2005).mp4

Two weekls prior, after updating library, it will fill with poster art, some obscure movies might be missing a poster other than a screen grab but it was like 1 out of 30 uploads … but the last upload produced ALL screengrabs or no poster art for movies like A SIMPLE FAVOR or CONCLAVE (with the year) … even if I leave off the year, 90% of the time, it would guess correctly the poster art … I thpught maybe it was the DB doze allotment since I have thousands of titles? I updated that to 3000 MB? is that 3 GB?) - is that the reason?? Thanks.

It could very well be.
Revert that to the default of 20MB.

Well, I didn’t really do anything but things are working again. It did not update any of the “blank” finds (unlike normal, the ‘poster’ section is empty) so I manually went and added the poster art … but recent uploads seem to work so if there was a DB/DB link glitch, it’s working now.
