I just confirmed it running on PR4100
As long as the file is on the WD,

You SSH into it
-and-
Run it there, it works.
I put the file in where Plex is stored
/mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plex_conf/Plex Media Server
You can put it in any media folder you want and have access to
