WD EX2 ULTRA Wont Find server after password reset

Just looking for some help. I recently did a password change on my account and logged out of all devices. I now cannot reclaim my server! It isn’t even giving me the option when i log in. I log into plex via the ex ultra app but when i click configure, it opens plex web and not the Plex Media Server. After looking on here i did find out how to search to see if my server was claimed. After doing this i found out that it isn’t. I have tried logging in through plex.tv but get the same, no server to claim. Just wondered am i missing something.

Can you open the PMS using its local IP address from within the same subnet?
http://[WD EX2 ULTRA IP address]:32400/web

You should be able to reclaim your server there ( Settings > [Server Name] > General)

I have tried that mate. But had no success. Get the same plex web screen.

To add to Tom,

WD support is limited to OS5.

All WD MyCloud products are “black box” controlled by WD.
