No remote access plexamp/plex apps but browser works, server state remote access is ok

No remote access despite server state remote access is ok

Server Version#:1.24.5.5173 Player Version#: any player out side the LAN/wifi So when i try to access my plex out side my network i get that the server is not available. When going to settings on the server remote access is green saing server is fully acceseble outside the network.
