Have Xfinity service and their modem, can’t see my NAS, hook up Asus router Plex works in house but can’t access off network. Have setup port forwarding on both router and modem. What else should I try?
Since you probably have a coaxial connected to your Xfinity router and the Asus doesn’t have a coaxial port, your can then enable DMZ on the Xfinity router and add there the ASUS’ IP.
After that, you can port forward everything in the Asus.
