No response from plex media server - Only when going back from a menu

Hi Folks,

I’ve been using Plex Media Server and PlexConnect (Running on a Drobo 5N) with an ATV2 and 3 for a while, work great!. But there’s one issue I see on a daily basis, and haven’t figured out why.

Every time I use the menu button to go back, either from watching a movie, or even from the movies synopsis page to go back to the list of movies, I get a “No response from Plex Media Server” message on the Apple TV. I then have to press menu again to back out further (to the top level plex screen) and then go back in again.

It’s 100% reproducible, but I haven’t seen any reports (from my googling) of it from other users. I also don’t see this error if I’m using Plex Home Theater on my Mac.

Any ideas?

Using iBaa theme? Are you using the latest version of PlexConnect? Might want to get up to the latest version if not…

I’m using PlexConnect long time ago, and it works perfect. But I have the same problem (only in the TV Shows section), when I’m going back with the menu button.
