No resume option on Samsung TV app since recent update

Hello,

Since a recent PMS update (or maybe Samsung plex app update?), I’m no longer prompted to resume media playback. When I select a title that is midway through completion, It immediately starts the media over without prompt.

I have tried multiple files to no avail. I have 2 samsung TVs in my house, both started experiencing the problem at the same time. If I watch from my pc (through chrome browser), I am prompted to resume media, as I also am when watching from the plex android app on my phone.

Any ideas?

Two TV models are
T32E390SX (2016)
And
UE46H7000 (2014)
