when i stop playing a 4k movie and then select resume from minute xx the movie opens but doesnt play or react to fast forward pause or resume. no black screen, just a single frame of the timestamp where i left it playing. this doesnt happen with 1080p content. so i have to quit the movie and select start from the beginning which is annoying. server is running on a windows machine with a i7 4790k cpu. and Playback is on a samsung qled q6fn 55" tv

video demo of the issue. below. i tried another 4k movie (matrix reloaded) and it resumes without any problems. it happens with certain movies, but not all of them apprently.

I also have problems with my Samsung TV and the resume playback after the latest update.
But in my case I don’t even get the resume playback option, it just starts the file from the beginning again no matter where it was at. Tested this with several different movies, TV shows, formats etc.

Resume playback has just stopped working for me.
This stopped working after the latest update to Plex Media Server Version 1.15.4.994
My Samsung TV is: UE65JS8505
