So I can see my server library on my roku devices, but when I pull up the server in a browser http://serverip:32400/web I cannot.
If the server is remote, ssh tunnel to it and get control of it that way.
If the server is on your same RFC-1918 compliant LAN then make sure you’re on the same subnet to get it signed back into your account as something is not authenticating / tracking correctly with Plex.tv
If you have JS blockers in your browser, try going without it.
I am on the same subnet, and have tried different browsers to try and fix it. Still no luck. I don’t know if this helps or not, but before I lost it I had to connect via https, and now I cannot connect to it that way.

I am highly suspicious of the computer you’re accessing it from.
Firewall ? Popup blockers?
Have you tried Incognito direct to the IP addr ?
