No Servers Found - Server version 1.3.0.0 or higher required

Hi there,

I have extensively searched the web but I still cannot get my Amazon Fire Stick plex app to connect to my server :frowning:.

Here is the version of my plex server: Version 1.14.0.5470 (latest).
The server is running on my synology NAS in a Docker Container. Docker Hub

The error Message:

No Servers Found

Server version 1.3.0.0 or higher required

We were unable to connect to any of your Plex Media Servers. Please check that they are compatible.

I have a tried some of the obvious things: restarting and disabling the secure connection (both server and client) - but still no luck. If anyone has any ideas, please please share!

Scan you access the Plex Media Server using another client (e.g. Plex Media Player or Plex Web)?

Interesting, I’m sure I have connected to it before but I now can’t seem to connect via web or other apps.

I removed the server and now it just can’t seem to find it…

I definitely could once, but now I think I don’t think I’ve tried since getting the firestick so maybe its an issue that’s affecting all my clients.

I think I’ve solved it using: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-plex/issues/96#issuecomment-291544660

Turning off iPV6 seems to have fixed it.
