Plex Firestick can't find my server

Hello,

My server was working all ok in till a few days ago, I have deleted it all and reinstalled however this has not helped.

It works ok on my laptop and iPhone but I go to watch on my firestick it just shows a picture of Triangle with exclamation point.

I have a WD 3TB harddrive (My Cloud Home)

Please any information or help would be grateful
