TV App says I need version 1.3.0.0

Hello,

I was having issues with remote streaming from my NAS so I set up a windows machine with PMS to test and it’s working much better buuut…

I tried adding a new TV to the account and the TV app is telling me server version 1.3.0.0 or higher is required. Umm…plex’s website and the server say I have the most up to date Server version: 1.13.8.5395

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills!!! :wink: Any suggestions? I’m admittedly a little tired so maybe I’m not thinking clearly enough to recognize a simple solution.

What TV do you have and what version of the App does it have?

I had this exact same issue, along with similar version numbers and fixed it by turning on allow insecure connections.

Apparently, this problem resolved itself. I did nothing and overnight it started working because my roommate told me he watched a movie off it.
