No sound on movies

Hi,
My problem: on a lot of movies (about 30 for the moment) if i choose the french track i have no sound, but if i play with the english track everything is ok. The french track on this movies have different codec (ac3, DTS, etc), i have no problem with flex iPad/iphone, or with the plex navigator, only on my xbox one (running on 2.0.5.70).
I made 2 screen capture of 2 movies with the same sound problem.

I can confirm that the same situation also happens with some of the Cantonese/Chinese track movies. And also, if I turn off the PGS subtitle then it works fine.
