When streaming through the Plex App on Samsung TV, I have no sound coming through sound bar, connected via HDMI (ARC).
If I select TV speaker, I get sound no problem.
However Reciever (HDMI) gives no sound.
I have looked at other posts, and solutions don’t work for me.
Mostly as I have no sound options in the app.
Ok, not fully true. If I go to sound setting in the app, I have one option.
Volume boost…None,small,large,huge.
I have no options to disable anything thing.

I used to use Kodi, with pi, and was able to configure the sound to work.
I prefer Plex to Kodi, but this is usless to me. Sound quality from the Samsung tv is not worth it.
P.s. No sound from any media. Local media, and Plex streamed media.
Interestingly on my other Samsung ( smaller tv ) the Plex app audio option has DTS(DCA) option…
Unfortunately this is not the tv I wish to use my sound bar with…
Strange how two Samsung TVs have diffrent options inside the same app.

DTS is only available on 2017 devices and earlier, because Samsung removed DTS from 2018+ devices. Try unplugging the soundbar and tv, waiting a minute and then plugging it back in and see if that helps.
