No audio on some movies on TV, works fine web/xbox one players

I have several movies that have no audio when played via Plex on my Samsung smart tv but work fine through xbox one (on the same television), directly through Media Player, Plex on Android, and web player.

I’ve toggled DTS (DCA) on and off inside Plex, and set television to PCM and Dolby Digital with no change. I’ve tried with both the internal TV speakers and an external Samsung 2.1 soundbar.

The audio is “Stereo AAC” according to Plex, all affected files seem to be mp4/m4v.
