Vizio Plex App buffering with sound issue

Hi everyone,

I’m using Plex via smartcast (Vizio) and since the latest update I can’t play anything. All it does is playing the sound but not the video. It is not a server issue since I can stream from a friend on his TV and directly from my phone. I would like to know what could I do to resolve this ?

In fact with my vizio p65-e1 it was ok but now with the p65q9-h1 its not … I tried to switch back to the non-preview mode and it’s not working either… Even when I try to cast from my phone it won’t work.
