Hi, I’ve done a full analyze on the source lib of my plex server used in plex amp, and the soundprint visualizer shows only a circle with a line moving around it, and the seek bar doesn’t show the wave pattern as shown on the website. Server says it’s up to date Something else I should do?

Was set for a scheduled task only. Would I have to recreate the library or can I get it in at this point?

It should happen during the night, then, if your server is on.

No change since last night. I’ll rescan the library, rerun the library analyze and keep an eye on the logs

The logs you’re looking for are the Plex Media Scanner Deep Analysis files.

You definitely shouldn’t have to recreate the library. Those lines look like perhaps just for single albums. Do you have loudness showing up anywhere?

Not that I have seen. I don’t know if I can find one easily. It’s a big haystack :smiley:

That log line shows 124029 which is probably the ID of an album. If you’re in the web app you should be able to browse an album and then change the ID in the URL to the one above. Also, zipping up all your logs might be helpful as to be able to see why the Butler isn’t computing all this stuff over…

I’m seeing some tracks with soundprints now, so it is happening. I’ll see what I can do about the logs
