After an update in november my Plex only returned “No soup for you” so after a week of rcloneing media to another cloud based storage solution to reinstall my server completly to try and solve this, I was ready to go.
Reinstalled my Unraid-server and all that good stuff, installed the latest plexinc-docker as of today, pasted in the plex.tv/claim-key in the setup of the container. Still, no soup for me. Tried to enter a new claim-code in the settings of the container, still the same. Logged back in and out (is that the only solution to this problem?? only one I can find) but still, there is no soup.
This happend suddenly. Server unreachable. Im so frustrated now and nothing seems to help.
I’m having the same problem and I’ve tried everything I know (which is not that much admittedly) and still no luck. No matter what I try I can’t seem to connect to the new server (have no problem accessing the GUI, but all the “Server” related options are missing. Here is an abbreviated list of what I have tried:
-I have reinstalled the Plex docker on the unraid server multiple times, and tried several different versions.
-Logged out of the Plex.tv web interface and the GUI that points to [IP of the server
]:32400, then tried reinstalling. In the beginning of this oddessy, I was able to see the unraid server in the list of authorized devices, but there are now no servers listed as authorized devices.
-After logging off the Plex.tv website, I used the claim token when reinstalling the Docker and verified that there was a value for the claim token is in the Preferences.xml
-I tried setting up a burner plex account and another fresh install in case there was still some link to my old server.
